Gilles Villeneuve – Grand Prix legend


He is remembered as one of the bravest driver in Formula One history. When Enzo Ferrari first noticed a driving talent of the young Canadian, he said that Villeneuve reminds him on Tazio Nuvolari - Italian driver who before World War II was a symbol for courage on the race track. Gilles Villeneuve has quickly become a favorite driver of the old man from Maranelo. Also, he quickly arrived in his team.

They say that he always raced to win. They all loved his driving, his courage, and his smile. He was the greatest driver of his time. Only few drivers have been so dominant in Formula One.

Some of his rivals called him "Maestro". Five decades his name meant nothing less than "the best driver of all time". Some still think that he is the best. His name was Juan Manuel Fangio. He was the idol of many drivers who later became champions, but for decades none of them became that great as he was.

F1 history in the 90's - Grand Pirx world has lost its favorite driver


End of the eighties and early nineties in Grand Prix world was marked by Ayrton Senna, McLaren’s driver, who is according to the many fans of Formula 1 the best driver of all time in that sport. Senna had won his second and third world champion titles in 1990 and 1991. At that time he was a legend that walked the earth. The audience loved him like no any other driver in F1 history.

When the youth write F1 history - young lions of the Grand Prix world

In the first decade of the twenty-first century, three drivers have become the youngest world champions in F1 history, which before, nobody has managed for 33 years. That raises the question, is Formula 1 becoming the sport for the incredible young people, and could someone who is about 25 or 26 years old  debut in this championship today.
